Senior Project Manager—Boston
Kosta started with Denison in 2007. He was the first manager to graduate from Denison’s updated Parking Management Training Program. After a brief stint as manager of a standalone parking garage, Kosta assumed leadership of a much larger garage including hotel, office, event and valet parking. In January of 2008, Kosta accepted an assignment to manage parking operations at a major Boston area regional mall.
This mall was a new concept for its developer, including a mixture of traditional mall shopping and luxury retailers, as well as an attached residential component. Kosta was subsequently transferred to DC and promoted to become Denison’s City Manager. Kostas’ DC portfolio includes office parking and a substantial valet operation at a luxury hotel.
"They fill our facilities with parkers and always provide a personal touch."
Denison Parking constructed the first self-parking garage in Indianapolis in 1954.
