Denison Parking, an Indianapolis-based parking operator, has announced the acquisition of all EZ Park’s operations effective January 1, 2020. EZ Park of Indianapolis was the second largest parking operator in central Indiana.

This acquisition adds 12 properties and 5,000 parking spaces to the over 60 properties in Denison’s existing central Indiana portfolio of on-street, off-street, valet, event, and consulting services. Denison Parking is the market leader for parking operations in central Indiana; maintaining over 42,000 parking spaces in Indianapolis and supporting many of central Indiana’s largest employers, biggest events, and new construction projects.
