15 E. Washington St. is a pay-in-advance surface lot accepting cash and credit cards at the payment kiosk.

Located between Meridian and Pennsylvania Streets, just east of Buffalo Wild Wings.

It is an ideal place to park for those visiting Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Monument Circle, the Hilbert Circle Theater, and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. It is also a great place to park for those with oversized vehicles.
