Mr. Brez has accumulated 22 years in the parking industry in a number of diverse management positions including city leadership positions in Kansas City, Nashville, and Dallas. Active contributor to development of a managerial training program which was created and implemented on a national basis focusing on parking specific criteria, with a strong emphasis on creating and maintaining quality operations. Development of this Corporate training program required visiting and auditing operations in over 25 cities nationwide. Mr. Brez has guided several national programs including oversight of the divestiture of properties, identifying and implementing alternative revenue resources, and management of cost savings initiatives providing long-term positive results.
