C. Perry Griffith III
President
Perry serves as the President with Denison Parking. His primary responsibilities include shaping Denison’s strategic direction, while focusing on building new partnerships and client relationships. Denison manages over 100,000 parking spaces across twelve states and supports their municipal, commercial office, healthcare and hospitality clients with parking, valet, shuttle, and consulting services.
Prior to Denison, Perry served as a Senior Director with BTS, Inc. a global strategy execution consultancy based in Stockholm, Sweden. Specific client relationships included work with Accenture, AT&T, CNO Financial, Macy’s, Microsoft, Mutual of Omaha, and Schlumberger.
Before BTS, Perry worked with Indianapolis based Venture Capital Firm, CHV Capital. His responsibilities included developing company valuations, leading investment due diligence, and providing strategic growth recommendations to portfolio companies. His experience in venture capital continued with work at the Indiana 21st Century Fund, the predecessor to Elevate Ventures.
Prior to receiving his MBA, Perry worked as a National Originations Manager, operating a wholesale buy-desk, for a large subsidiary of KeyBank’s Commercial and Investment Banking division located in Denver, Colorado.
In addition to his current role with Denison, Perry also is active in the local community. He currently serves as a Trustee for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, a member the Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana Foundation Board, the Executive Committee of the Indy Chamber board, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Indianapolis based distillery Hotel Tango Whiskey and serves on the board of Indianapolis based tech company Parker Technologies.
Perry and his wife Carrie live in Indianapolis with their three children.
