As the Chief Financial Officer of Denison Parking, Mr. Greiwe provides financial leadership and strategic guidance supporting the company’s continued growth. In close partnership with Denison’s executive team, he focuses on strengthening financial performance, advancing data-driven decision-making, and establishing the financial controls, governance, and operational discipline required to scale a service-driven organization while consistently delivering value to clients.
Mr. Greiwe brings deep operating and financial experience from the real estate and property management industry. He previously served in executive leadership roles at the Gene B. Glick Company and Zidan Management, overseeing a broad range of functions including property operations, accounting, human resources, information technology, compliance, and finance. Earlier in his career, he worked with Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) as an auditor in the firm’s real estate practice. Mr. Greiwe is an Indiana-licensed CPA and managing real estate broker and has served in numerous association and civic leadership roles, including as a gubernatorial appointee to the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) Board of Directors.
Chad and his wife Lisa live in Noblesville, Indiana with their three children.
