Luminary Hotel Garage
As part of a pilot program approved by City Council, the City of Fort Myers’ three downtown parking garages—City of Palms Garage, Main Street Garage, and the Luminary Hotel Garage—will increase the current one hour of free parking to two hours.
This temporary rate adjustment is intended to encourage residents and visitors to dine, shop, and enjoy downtown businesses and attractions without the added expense of parking for shorter visits.
These rates will be in effect from June 25, 2026, through October 31, 2026. The city will evaluate the program’s effectiveness during the pilot period and consider future parking strategies based on utilization and community feedback.
The Luminary Hotel is adjacent to the Caloosa Sound Convention Center and Amphitheater of Fort Myers and near the Fort Myers River District. Enter the garage from Edwards Drive.
