As the Director of Human Resources for Denison Parking, Ms. Brown is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing talent. In her tenure, she has led the company through a new Human Resources software solution and standardized HR processes across the country. Melissa brings 20 years of Human Resources experience to Denison Parking.

She is a certified Voices/Leadership Architect Facilitator through Korn Ferry and a Predictive Index Analyst through Advisa.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa.
