Northgate Station Seattle – WA

Steps away from the new Sound Transit light rail station, Northgate Station is perfect for commuters and avoiding game day traffic. Kraken Community Iceplex is part of Northgate station, and Sound Transit makes other sports venues easy to reach.

Northgate Station is a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex with new residential developments coming soon making this an ideal place to “Live. Work. Play. Stay. Shop.”.

Overnight parking is not permitted. 

Designated parking areas for the guests of Northgate Station and Sound Transit are separate to ensure accessible parking for shoppers and transit riders.

There are two main ways to enter the transit parking area:

Option 1: Enter from 1st Avenue NE at 105th NE. Turn right at the stop sign and follow signage to the transit parking deck.

Option 2: Enter off 103rd Ave NE at 3rd Avenue NE. Turn left at the 1st stop sign, follow signs to transit parking deck. This deck is just a few steps away from the light rail platform entrance.

Monthly Parking for Transit Riders: Special Introductory Rate

Take advantage of our special introductory rate: $150/month. Click the “Reserve Monthly Parking” button to start the sign-up process.

Daily parking rate for transit parking is $15 per day. The payment area is clearly marked with PAY HERE signs.

Event parking rates vary. Signs at the location will indicate the event’s parking rate. If advance payment is not received, a violation will be issued in the amount of $25. If the violation is not paid within 14 days, the cost of the violation will escalate to $60.
