This latest expansion of parking management services in Noblesville/Hamilton County began in 2021. Our local parking management portfolio includes The Levinson, Hamilton County Garage, on-street enforcement and public parking lot/permit management, and the mixed-use facility at Federal Hill.
As we celebrated with Mayor Chris Jensen at the ribbon cutting for this state-of-the-art venue on August 8th, we’re thrilled to support this 600-acre business and technology hub by operating its new 950-space parking garage—a cornerstone for convenience, connectivity, and community engagement.
Innovation Mile is not just another development; it’s a transformational project designed to create a “work, live, play, engage, and learn” community to foster sustainable economic growth for Noblesville and the region. Backed by the city’s economic impact study, The Arena at Innovation Mile alone is projected to generate over $2 billion in new spending across the next 30 years, catalyzing reinvestment and opportunity throughout the area. The Arena, boasting a $93 million investment and spanning 123,000 square feet, offers 3,400 fixed seats and 100 suite seats—if the floor is configured for events, can welcome up to 4,200 guests. Also impressive, as Mr. Jensen added during his address, the project was completed on-time and under-budget!

Denison Mobility, a leading provider of EV charging solutions, also oversees the management of The Arena at Innovation Mile’s electric vehicle charging facilities. Their comprehensive services span all stages of implementation, from initial installation to system upgrades. By handling financial management and ongoing maintenance, Denison Mobility enables properties in rapidly growing cities to efficiently support EV infrastructure while remaining focused on urban development.
Crowd Control
Denison Parking collaborated with PARS-S, a staffing provider specializing in event staffing, security, maintenance, and custodial services. The skilled team efficiently managed traffic flow to ensure both seamless entry and exit for Noblesville’s distinguished guests.
Booming Growth
Noblesville, one of Indiana’s fastest-growing cities with a recent 15% population increase, is making history as the new home of the Noblesville Boom—the first G-League basketball team to have a purpose-built arena. This facility promises to be the stage for electrifying “booming” moments and a hub for community pride. The broader Innovation Mile district, anchored by The Arena, is set to generate 571 new jobs in its first phase, further energizing local growth and innovation.
