​Eligibility for Monthly Parking in the City of Fort Myers parking facilities is limited to individuals with a residential address or employment with a business within the boundaries of the downtown commercial district:

• North of MLK Blvd
• South of the Caloosahatchee River
• East of US 41
• West of Fowler Street

Vehicles may not be left in the parking facilities for more than 30 days. Any vehicles parked longer than 30 days are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Bicycle Rack Available: Located at the first floor next to the Main Street stairwell
